There is no cancellations or refunds on tickets. If you request a change of of arrival date or time, please follow these directions.
In order to change your tickets, you must do the following.
- Make sure you are not within the 24 hour no change period.
- Re-purchase the tickets you want.
- Send us the transaction ID for the new tickets and request a refund for the previous tickets including the old transaction id number.
- This request MUST BE COMPLETED 24 hour in advance of the attendance date for the old tickets otherwise no refund will be granted.
- The refund will be processed minus a 10% change ticket fee.
Festival tickets expire when the festival ends and can not be used during the year or for other festivals.
