To reduce confusion and provide the highest level of service as possible we have created this page to help you understand what you are purchasing.
Step 1 – Click the Purchase Tickets Below. Select the date AND TIME you want to arrive. You will still have to register for classes at specific times. Pay attention, there are Non-Wizard Tickets and Wizard Tickets. If you wish to participate in Wizard Classes, you must purchase a Wizard Ticket. Please note that the times listed on the tickets are ARRIVAL TIMES. You can stay as long as you want.
Step 2 – During your check out, you must select the additional classes you or your little wizard wishes to attend. You will be required to select a time and enter a name. Make sure you select the date that you purchased your tickets. If you miss that scheduled time, you will not be able to switch your time unless there are time slots available. Refunds are not available if you miss a class.
Step 3 – You can purchase additional goods online and collect them upon arrival like custom robes, wands, and other special items.
Here are some important things to know.
There are absolutely no refunds for any tickets.
You cannot leave and return. There is limited parking and we must limit our tickets to prevent traffic.
